Our design house shaped Neko’s identity by weaving the elegance of AI-driven intelligence into sleek branding and user interfaces. Through intuitive design, we translated complexity into simplicity—allowing users to engage seamlessly with this autonomous ecosystem across both brand touchpoints and trading experiences.

The Challenge

Neko had a clear target audience (Asia) and a strong vision—to make trading fun again on Hyperliquid—but struggled to create a brand identity that captured both excitement and innovation. They needed a visual direction that balanced futurism with playfulness while aligning with Hyperliquid’s aesthetic. Following the brand development, Neko also needed a cohesive dApp interface for both mobile and desktop that would bring their ecosystem to life. The challenge was to design a complex trading platform into an experience that felt intuitive, dynamic, and accessible for users at all levels.

Our Solution

We solved the branding challenge by embracing a new retro approach, blending a futuristic feel with a fun, inviting energy. We chose a vibrant purple to represent creativity, imagination, and excitement, seamlessly integrating it with the Hyperliquid color palette. To strengthen the brand’s personality, we introduced a cute mascot that gives the AI agent a relatable face, fostering an emotional connection between users and the AI agent.

Building on this foundation, we designed Neko’s mobile and desktop dApp interfaces from wireframes to full visual design. Every feature was crafted to express Neko’s brand values through clean layouts, thoughtful user flows, and playful microinteractions. Our goal was to make high-performance DeFi trading feel approachable, intuitive, and engaging, creating a unified experience from brand to product.
